Returns and Shipping Policy Internet orders will be shipped same day if the order comes in before 12:00PST.  If the order is received after 12:00PST it will be shipped the following business day. All products will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  At Better Leaf, we guarantee quality and appreciate your loyalty. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the full purchase price (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, refunds are not issued. To get started with a return, email us at getbetterleaf@gmail.com. We will provide you with our return address. To ensure a simple return process, please keep the following in mind when you receive your items, evaluate your shipment carefully and determine whether any damage during shipping has occurred. For items damaged during shipping please submit a claim (within 72 hours) to getbetterleaf@gmail.com. You will receive a full refund for the defective items (including shipping costs). Claims must include detailed information such as photo evidence of the damage, along with proof of purchase.
